Cruel thing is: I have pictures, things to say... but I also run out of time in this incredible country ! That's why i'm being lazy lately . Maybe it's fate, or nothing more than just life: but I'm home today, just to give you some news... Ok, not totally true, I'm also a bit sick (probably a huge Cold) . Anywhooo (special bigup to Scrubs), I'm back to talk to you about Japan (yoohoooo). The next few post will try to explain you why I like Japan, why I'll come back and why I wanted to buy a camera !
You can see it coming already, this post will be about Tokyo by Night. I haven't had the chance to cover the whole city with nightly pictures yet, but I'm working on it . So you can see down here, the view of tokyo from the Tokyo Tower (yes, i know, i already visited it, but not by night !!). I hope you'll like the views. Don't judge by the quality of the pictures : it's behind a glass, without tripod...
The current and two following pictures are taken in the district of 六本木 (Roppongi), famous neighbourhood of Tokyo. Well known for its large contration of "Gaijin" (foreigner) and it's high activity by night, 六本木 has been my second house for the past 5 months ! So many bars, clubs and restaurants standing next to each other, sometimes 5 per building... A typical night would be to have a few drinks at a bar with friends, then move to a club around and basically change club every 2 hours ! Yeah, changing club can be done by crossing the street . I've taken the pictures on a quiet night cause, of course, I simply don't take my camera with me otherwise...
Here follows a very few pictures of 渋谷 (Shibuya), the other great place to go out in Tokyo . 渋谷 is bigger than 六本木 and, good thing, doesn't count only bars, clubs and restaurants. No, on top of that, it's a great place for shopping. Which makes of 渋谷 an overcrowded place pretty much 365 days a year... and also my favorite district ! Oh, and another difference from 六本木, would be that the clubs are way less crowded with gaijins. Goooood for meeting Japanese .
I wish I could share feeling and pictures of week end nights spent in Japan. But it's unfortunately (or fortunately) something you gonna have to try by yourself ! Let's just say that in a matter of crazy sensations, surprising meetings and "adventures" , I've had my best nights out here...
Oh, I just remembered what I told you at the beginning of this post "I'll tell you why I like Japan.. blablabla.." ! But I try to write as fast as my mind thinks so .... I forgot.. . Hey, next one . I'll have even more pictures of Tokyo by night probably... normally... hopefully...
